Good practice habits for beginners

One very important thing to remember for beginners is that practice needs to be CONSISTENT and not time consuming. When you start, you are making an adjustment to your daily schedule so it must be done gradually so that your new routine is effective.

15 minutes of practice 5 to 7 days per week is better than 1 or two days of “fired up” 2 hours sessions.
